With a passion for driving impactful projects, I specialize in project management within the public media and other business sectors. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), coupled with my professional experience, I bring a diverse background and a deep understanding of the balance between ROI and mission-driven initiatives. Whether navigating the complexities of for-profit or nonprofit organizations, my experience spans education, IT/tech, payroll, events, business relationships, strategic planning, and more.

I have led and managed projects across multiple organizations and geographies, working at all levels and ensuring success from concept to execution. My work has been rooted in for-profit, nonprofit, and public media communities, where I've helped shape impactful strategies and operations.

Notable experiences include:

• Lehigh Valley Public Media (LVPM): over nine years in various roles, including Project Management, Office Management, Creative Services and Chief of Staff to the COO, focusing on business operations and strategy.  I contributed to strategic business operations for LehighValleyNews.com, PBS39,  WLVR radio, and the Battling Opioids education initiative. 

• Vice President, Pennsylvania PBS: Led collaborative efforts across the seven public television stations in Pennsylvania. Contributed to advocacy efforts and impactful initiatives, such as developing the impact and use report and datacasting research with the American Institutes for Research (AIR). 

• 2023-2024 Chair, NETA Peer Learning Community (PLC) Engagement Committee:  A key role in advancing public media learning initiatives and leveraging the NETA Public Media Learns (PML) online platform.

• Graduate, Public Media Diversity Leadership Initiative (PMDLI): A proud alum of this program, hosted by Furman University and The Riley Institute, with a focus on understanding diversity in public media leadership. 

• Volunteer Board Member, TEDxLehighRiver: Helping to bring inspiring ideas to the community through the production of thought-provoking TEDx events in the Lehigh Valley. 

• Active Member, Project Management Institute (PMI): Committed to advancing the field of project management by staying connected with an engaged community of professionals.
